Gate lock change: obtaining a new key

We would like to advise you that the garden gate locks will be changed in early July.
All current key holders may collect their new keys in advance as follows:
Please complete the attached form (link below) and return a signed copy to enquiries@wetherbygardens.org
Members of the garden committee will be issuing the new keys in the garden during the week of 21st June at the following times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
- 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- 2.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
- 6.30 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
Saturday:
- 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- 2.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Please would registered keyholders come to collect the new key, bringing your current key, a copy of your personal photo ID and a copy of your CURRENT Council Tax bill.
New keys will not be issued to anyone other than the registered keyholder with the correct paperwork.
Once the locks have been changed, please dispose of your current key.
DOG OWNERS
Please would you also bring your dog with you when you collect your key.

Damage to trees and furniture
Please would all residents who use the gardens for fitness and exercise not tie bands around trees or fences and please do not use garden furniture for step ups. Both these activities cause damage.
