The Mayor of London declared a major incident because the threat the covid virus poses to our city is at crisis point. 1 in 30 Londoners is now estimated to be infected with the virus.
It was agreed at the Garden Committee AGM that it is now prudent to take special measures to protect the health of our residents. Therefore, until further notice, we ask that residents comply with the following guidelines:
- Please wear a face mask while in the garden (this applies to everyone over the age of 11)
- Please jog before 9 a.m. and make sure you maintain social distancing
We will adjust this guidance as circumstances allow. Please behave assuming everyone around you is infectious and keep safe.
